Courtney wasn't meant to be what she was after TDI. It was because of Cartoon Network and Teletoon wanting the dreaded love triangle. Thus, character derailment ensued for her, Trent and so on. It's such a shame...

Yeah but I have been watching both Ella and Courtney through the series. Ella reminds me of ''Snow White'' and she was a ''singing cute comic relief'' but Courtney? I used to be neutral towards her in TDI but her personality had changed to worse in TDA and that's why I now dislike her. She had derailed badly. Trent? He had derailed too but I had forgiven it to him. Trent is a sane, romantic guy that I really like and in my opinion even Eva is better than Courtney. At least Eva was enjoyable

She's just poorly written. She could have been handled way better if the writers didn't values ratings before character development.

Ok, But I prefer Bridgette. She is my No. 1. Courtney's only adventage is her psychical appearance. Her personality was (in my opinion) mediocre in TDI but in later seasons was bad. She prefered winning over friends and that was abysmal. But Bridgette which is my most faved TD girl prederd friends over winning and that I adore in Bridge

Im guessing you either didn't see my post or you simply dont care. You prefer Bridgette which is totally cool. I love her too. If the writers continued their friendship we could have seen Courtney's softer side come out. For many people, Courtney was black and white character in TDI. She wasnt really good or bad. Her fate as a character was sealed after the network request. You don't find her redeemable but I do. We'll agree to disagree.
