Description Chapter 4 – The Plan

Somewhere in Renew was a very expensive house. Its format was unique, marked by its spiral format. It had at least 3 levels before ground. Through a window, there was a white cat looking at the window. He looked firmly at the sun, his mind planning what should be his next move.  He moved away from the window and sit on a desk, where was a notebook on. In it, there was an on-line journal report:

  “Renew Column”
  “More Infra-structure!”
“The worth of the land in the city of Renew keeps on a steady growth in valor. Its peaceful and well developed formation made it a paradise in the modern world. Rosemary promised to make it even better, designating more twenty million to the public building program. With this money, more public colleges and hospitals will be made, alongside a brand new police station. When asked of where this money will come from, she answered: easy. There are a lot of extremely rich people coming here. The answer is to tax those who have much more, to help those who have less. Hardly someone would be up for the task. How will he get rid of her? He looked at his computer calendar: in three days, Rosemary would do an announcement at the new public theater. Wonderful! Lucky was at his side. What a better opportunity to slay her than in an open reunion? He quickly moved to the bookstand near him, and got a small black book from it.

He crossed his hands in anxiety, and then he quickly began flipping through the pages. He stopped as soon he saw a familiar name. He slowly picked his cell phone and started typing numbers, finalizing pressing the “call” button.

  - Hello, it’s me, Balthazar. Listen, I have a small job to you. It will be very easy, and rewarding. If you are interested, meet me at the Blue Sky Park in one hour. Don’t let me down.

Balthazar laughed. He knew that his problem would be soon just a bad memory. He got his coat and went straight to the garage. There, he entered his limousine and started the engines. Opening the door, the car left in a hurry...
