Well since Relic walked away from Dawn of War 3, I don't think we'll see that ever, least not until 2025 when Dawn of War 4 comes out.

It failed because Relic didn't have THQ to back them up when they made the game, and because they made it to appeal to the Starcraft audience and not to appeal to those who actuay like RTS

In fact, it is write in the Path of the Seer that Eldar can change the color of their hair and eyes as they wish thanks to tech. So that is little matter in truth.
