The old "Old One Eye" model. 
Back in the day, he had his own model with its own paint scheme. And like all Tyranid paint schemes back in the day, it was absolutely hideous.

Yes.
He still exists today, but in a much nicer but less unique mold.
He's one of the Tyranids favorite named characters, right up their with the Swarmlord.
