I wonder how long can first generation space marines (pre heresy) live for considering they likely would of had far purer and stable gene-seeds than later generations. The currently oldest known Space Marine in 40k isΒ Bjorn the Fell Handed and he is interned in a dreadnought and the space wolfs occasionally wake him up to seek ancient wisdom and for really desperate battles.
Chaos Space Marines have the warp and the fact they are now pretty much daemons meaning time no longer means anything to them
