Description
I wanted to draw Sherlock fanart with some of the lovely patterns featured in the show. I'm a sucker for old fashioned wallpaper patterns.I realize parts of their faces may seem off... I had some trouble with the proportions of their features.
The pattern above John's head is based off his Christmas sweater in episode 4.

Your portraits are wonderful, I love how you sort of blend the two together. I just can't understand, it's so good. And whatever you're saying about how you got the proportions off totally went over my head because they both look fabulous. Darn you for being so talented.

I used prismacolors because of their amount but my favourite brand are faber castells.

I thought so, Prisma is pretty awesome. I've never tried faber castells. :/

This is phenomenal! It's not often that I find art where the artist has truly captured the subjects' essences. I'm loving the tie in with the patterns; very original (especially using John's sweater as one of the patterns) Just magnificent!
