I once had a really really bad nosebleed and a bit of blood leaked out of my tear ducts (since the nasal passage is connected to them and all xP).

The only way to bleed through the eye is if it traveled, considerably because there isn't any blood vessels in the eyeball.
Other than the obvious mis-considered logic, It's good.
