I think you mean "neopolitan" ice cream, lol. I saw a cat behind the Dunkin' Donuts yesterday that looked just like this one, I tried to get him to come over but he just meowed at me.

I think it's called "tabby" in English, it's a common pattern in cat breeds so it's not a specific breed. :3
