I think this image speaks for itself really; it's just a different style for Nightmare Zero mixed with the design for Zero in the Megaman Zero series.
I tried to make him look as menacing as I could without overdoing it.
A few things that inspired this obviously include Zero from Megaman Zero and Nightmare from Megaman X6, but other inspirations also include Venom and Carnage from Marvel Comics for his teeth. The design for his saber came from the sword that the Uruk hai that were on the ladders had during the battle of helms deep from The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.
What I personally like about this is the symbol, it's simple but I think it looks good.
