As distressing as the subject matter is, this is really quite beautiful. The way her hair falls, the gentle curves of her body, the straight and clean incision. It all comes together brilliantly, even the somewhat disconcerting smile on her face. The only issue I have with it is that the face and the heart look a little... squashed. But it is a sketch after all, and they beautiful curves that abound within more then make up for that flaw in my opinion.
