I really want to know how gravity and weight effects body and muscles. That's the difference between standing and laying hypothetically in the same position. Besides the skin being flat against the ground of course

Gosh hands are difficult! Idk my tutorials rely heavy on style and don't do justice to the actual aesthetics. I'll try to! but thank you very much. Glad they are simple, better visually heavy than to be heavy on words I think.
