Yes, sketchbooks are very helpful!! But they can be a bit of a pickle to scan... I would recommend spiral bound with a hard front cover, and look for 'Acid Free' always. It prevents the pages from becoming yellow over time, or rather according to Wikipedia, it preserves your art for a longer period of time.

Why-WHY is this so good? Love the composition, but the coloring is great, wouldnt expect any less from Prismas :3 And great job on using a sketchbook, im still using printer paper

I'd never submit an art trade all messy and worthless D8!! pff new art style xDD nah, more improving than getting lazy! XD Great! Thanksgiving is coming up and so are vacations! Once I get over my mid-terms this week I'll be home free and start sketching my half!
