just an idea i had while watching who framed rogar rabbit
and miss bellum just popped in my head, so i had to draw this
(first time drawing jessica and miss bellum)

Heheh, an interesting theory could go with this. What if "Bellum" was the maiden name and "Rabbit" the married name? If that's the case, then Jessica (that being her stage name) could have gone in as the Mayor's aid after...well, after who knows what.

I see where you could find the similarities between the two. Thats gon through my head as well, but the only diffrence I can seem to come up with is that Ms. Bellum's hair is WAAAAAAAY too hard to manage.
