It's a nice shot, and the expression on the girls face is really beautiful. One tip,... try going down on the shutter speed in situations like these... down to around 1/60 maybe... would still get you a sharp piccie but with blurry, stretched outside which better shows the train is in motion and adds dynamics to your photo.
