I love how Tsunade was, so laid-back and care-free about matters like this. I like it, I think you captured her personality well.
The sand siblings make me laugh. XD I love how their relationship is dotted with rivalry and tension since it's still developing. And the fact Gaara can argue with them now means he's growing closer to them to trust they don't hate him for doing things -- he is a bit more free about it. 
Love the updates... And I can't wait for Naruto's long awaited party. XD
