This is .PSD file, with separate layer for each brush fromCatchingSparks pack. Created for PS7 users. (!)Please don't forget to read the ReadME file! There are instructions and settings.

these brushes wont work on elements will they?

This pack is not .abr file - it's .psd file so it can be open in any programm which can read this format. If you are talking about Adobe Photoshop Elements - I'm almost sure you can work with it. Only problem you may have is setting up dynamic settings, but well I think it's not too different from Photoshop.
And probable you can download original .abr set and try it out. (the link is in description above)
