And It was the night once more
Once all in the palace had gone to sleep,
Luna awoke.
It was her time now to rule.
But it was a calm night like this when she would take off her royal shoes, and her silver crest.
She would take off her shining crown.
The princess Luna would check twice that everyone was at rest.
Then, and only then would she walk silently through the archaic parts of the castle, to the very tallest tower and watch.
She would watch all the creatures sleep away her beautiful night.
But she remembered never to rise again.
She remembered the silence and solitude of the moon...
And so she watched
