Born with the unknown likings of dead bodies and corpses, Celia specializes in advanced necromancy. She’s also generally creepy (regardless of her freakishly long tongue). She’s slightly hunched over, her wrists and hands are bones but unnaturally functional like normal hands, and she conjures freakish eldritch magic. She can summon forth legions of ghosts, phantoms, spirits, skeletons, zombies, etc etc. And she’s not afraid to bite people. Though she can’t turn folks with her bite, it still hurts like hell
