So, a while back I cut my hair pretty short (as you can probably tell). The reason was simple: I had had enough of the shoulder-length that always got in the way. The current cut feels so nice and freeing. You have to rarely worry about anything.

So, if you are someone who has long hair and thought about going short (if it was also recommended by other people) then take a chance and do so. However, I will not be held responsible if you take that chance and then come complaining. You made that choice, own up to it.
