Description
Catherine Legoix and Arnaud de Montsalvy from Juliette Benzoni's novel series "Catherine". I loved the TV series when I was about 14 and now after many years I stumbled upon the books and revived my sentiment for the story, even if it's sooooo old and a bit cheesy.Something between realism and more comic-like style, because I wanted to poke a bit fun at the characters' love-hate relationship, they're hilarious sometimes and it was fun to draw them q:
I know the costumes aren't really adequate (it's somewhere during Hundred Years' War (1337-1453)), but I was too lazy to do a proper research.
Just a quickie done in Painter X, hope you will like it (:

O patrz, coś czego nie znam...
Wiesz, że bardzo komiksowo ci to wyszło? Kresk jest autentycznie komiksowa, i co chyba cię ucieszy, zupełnie już nie mangowa, bliższa typowo europejskiej. Chyba na dobre udało ci się wywalić mangę do kosza.

Uwielbiałam serial, który nakręcono na podstawie tej powieści (nie wiedziałam nawet, że powstał także film pełnometrażowy, trzeba będzie go dorwać
Cieszy mnie to bardzo, chociaż wydaje mi sie, że mange to wywaliłam już dawno, niemniej jednak w stylistyce komiksowej czułam się i nadal jeszcze czuje niepewnie, bo widmo mangi gdzies tam w podświadomości straszy
A no to oczywiste, wszak Kasieńka damą jest (choć niskiego urodzenia), musiała mieć cerę jako płatek róży
