She's cute. I like the color scheme a lot, and the background sets it off nicely (a lot of your other ones, I've noticed, look washed out and take away from the picture). You already mentioned the jagged edges, so I won't touch on those. The shine on the hair looks unrealistic--if there was just a little silver between the black and white, it'd look more like hair and less like solid plastic. the hair looks nice, though, and I love the braids. Her expression is adorable, too. "o.o" anime expressions are a weekness of mine.

Could you possibly give me a few examples of backgrounds I've done that you feel are washed out and take away from the characters versus ones that worked out well? I've heard this from a couple other people, but aside from some backgrounds that turned out cluttered or ones that I just slapped down quickly (like a star pattern or whatever), I'm not really sure I see exactly what you mean. 
I'll keep the hair thing in mind for next time, with the black, though honestly I just hate coloring large black areas, since it's difficult to work with unless you bring in lots of greys, and then it still likes to look weird.
And yes, I want to kill the jagged line, but I didn't want to completely redo the background. e-e;

Looking back on them...not so much 'washed out' as too light for my taste. Your darker ones make the pictures look vibrant and alive like this one, where as the lighter ones make them look flat. Like this one, for example: [link] Because otherwise, that's one cute bunnygirl.
