I love the sleeves and it is very well drawn, but I don't think it looks nearly as outrageous as Rita described (Maybe Rita was just jealous when she wrote her gossip column because this dress is actually rather beautiful), and where are the unicorn horns?

ah yeah, i realized that after i finished. i wasn't sure how to make it more outrageous!
well, they were supposed to be the pointy tips of the crown, but i didn't differentiate them much.
