It was probably around the time that the show started. I was pretty much their age when it first aired. That was so long ago now! Growing up , Rugrats was definitely a big favorite of mine. I have drawn lot's of different cartoons that I saw on TV back then. What are they doing in the original drawing? I don't know. I cropped it but they have a crush on the same person apparently . Uh oh. Who ? Again I do not know. So they both got ready for a date ! Done in #prismacolor ! Not perfect but I'll do better.
