thank you very much for your comment, glad you like it, and yes, the thing with patch 'came' to me right in the end.. when i was about to do the last bit of erasing stuff around the sun.. i suddenly saw this bit under a different light, and decided it makes a perfect sense to have a patch on it, as if it 'hurts' sort of.. guess it worked well with the general atmosphere and (blood suggestive) colors of the whole piece..

Yes yes It's funny how some things that make everything look better are sometimes discovered by accident For me it's sometimes frustrating 'cause I'd like to be so good at what I'm doing that nothing would look better than what I had planned. Unfortunately, I've probably got years to reach that stage. Or maybe it is just impossible

thank you. it did look very much like it in life as well since to get to this place requires week of hiking climbing and falling in the swamps through a very wild fjords of Newfoundland in Canada..so until you get to the place with extreme weather conditions and fog most of the time.. it looks rather unreal in there..
