It's Michi, and Pluto. My one regret is Michi's tail. Didn't go well XS Because of Pluto's Remake, I have a feeling some people would want her to be a espeon now. Not a Vaporeon :C

Ahh this turned out great! I'm still surprised you have the tenaciousness to draw with a touchpad, I think that's amazing and is definitely something I wouldn't have the patience for myself!
I adore the poses, they really do look like they're swimming, hehe and Michi's cheeky expression, almost like she's challenging Pluto to a race >8D
She's a terrible swimmer though(ironically) so she'd so lose XD
I've used that same image as a reference before, it's a good reference
You did an excellent job on the background, and getting the characters to fit into it too <3
