Description
This picture has been processing for about two months. I finally sat down and got it on paper. The theme is biblical, about becoming a new creation in Christ.There are three bible verses hidden in the image - Romans 12:2, 2 Corinthians 3:18, and 2 Corinthians 5:13.
This will be the first in a series, as I have four to five other images that need to go on paper.
Medium is Copic Sketch Marker on 18 X 24 inch Multi-Media paper.

If anyone is curious, there are two verses that can really be seen in the picture. 2 Corinthians 5:13 is across the top of the butterfly's wings and Romans 12:2 is in the dark shading of the leaves. The third is across the bottom of the wings and is too difficult to see in the digital image.
