This is a pretty good piece you've done here. The colors in particular look all nice and and warm. The blending is especially good, with the transition of different shades from one to another. It's not blatantly obvious, but a nice and subtle transition, which gives this picture quite a lot of life, warmth and even energy, in some way.
In terms of line art, it's good, but I do think there are some things you can do to make it better. Personally, I'm a fan of the bold line art, as it makes the image really strike and stand out. However, I would suggest making some lines a little thinner, particularly the lines used for details, like the folds and the strands for hair. Details should stand out, but when the lines are all the same, it won't stand out as much as the other. In this case, the thinner lines will at least help notice it being different from the outlines.
Apart from this, I do think this is a good piece you've made. Good job!

This is so incredibly cute! The style, lineart, and shading are really unique and look great. The colors work together well and look adorable. It's clear that you've improved a lot since the past versions! I actually just did a draw-this-again myself, lol. They're a lot of fun and can be a great confidence-booster.
One thing that I think you could continue to work on is the lineart. It's pretty smooth and flowing here, but all of the pieces of hair end at curves, possibly because of the brush you were using, and some parts are oddly straight even though it's hair. There isn't a lot of variation in stroke width. There are also a few lines that feel unnecessary, and some that could have been cleaned up better.
There are also a few small mistakes. It's pretty odd that the area under her breasts has a curve to it, especially one so dramatic. Her face also has a lot of unnecessary lines that just make it look awkward. Her lips are just covered in random lines and shading to the point that they don't even look much like lips anymore. Her eyes are also full of lines and shading and highlights, so that they look a little unfocused in strange.
But overall, I love this piece!! It's so cute and well-done
