Welp, oc time! ... ish. This is Faille, a trader back in Galacta's time that had to be saved a lot because of how much trouble he got into while obtaining his "merchandise". After the Four Heroes of Yore saved him from losing more than just an eye to a couple of angry sphere doomers, Faille gifted Heartbreaker, Final Cutter and Arial to them. Fun fact, Faille has a lot to do with Meta and DMS. Actually, he's got everything to do with Meta and DMS.
