The whole thing is amazing (I WISH my colored pencil skills were this good, so I wouldn't have to focus more on cel-ish shading) but THE HAIR!!!

Yes, it was done with Prismacolor and Crayola colored pencils. I just used almost every shade I owned to get the effect I wanted.
