Update 1:Added his appearance before he took Harrison Wells' from, Added his Flash suit which is an idea in progress, Improved all of his suits and i added "Possible Bio Note 1".
Update 2: Added Tachyon generator. Added Bio Note 2.
Update 3: Added Lighting effects.

Here is my version of Harrison Wells, he pretty much been confirmed as Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash and it will be interesting to see what happens with it on the show, I'm not a big fan of time travel so i hope they do it well but and i wish them luck - there going to need it.

Full name: Eobard Thawne.
Aliases: Reverse Flash, Harrison Wells, The Flash (Possibly), The Scarlet Speeders (Possibly).
Age: 51 (Psychically), Late 70s (Mentally/Chronologically).
Affiliation(s): The League (Recruit), Team Flash (Support).
Abilities & Skills:
* Super speed.
* Cyclone and highwind generation.
* Frictionless aura.
* Supercharged brain activity.
* Enhanced strength,endurance, agility, and healing process.
* Velocity sharpened perceptions.
* Accelerated reflexes.
* Ultra-fast metabolism.
* Can vibrate through solid objects, causing them to explode.
* Genius-level intellect.
* Master tactician & hand-to-hand combatant.

Possible Bio Note 1: (I'm still thinking through this idea but this is where i am so far):
So here's the deal with Harry's Flash suit; My idea with Eobard is that after he goes back in time and fails to kill Barry and kills his mother, gets stuck in the past (it's also the past of an alternate universe to the one he was born in which he doesn't learn till much later.) and takes Harrison Wells' psychical form so he can create the particle accelerator which ends up giving Barry Allen his powers, he kinda starts living a normal life and this softens to world which in the end leads to him back to where he started in before learning more about the flash; wanting to help people which eventually leads him to join Batman's and Xavier's superhero team and working as a hero and he actually becomes the Flash (which he finds hilarious), but after the team crumbles due to the yellow lantren corp's invasion (and possible the creation of ultron which i'll give more info on later) he decides to go back to his original plan to build particle accelerator which ends up giving Barry Allen his powers.

Possible Bio Note 2: this is Eobard gets his speed back after killing barry's mother: back in season 1 Eboard got hold of a Tachyon prototype from Mercury Labs which he used as temporary way of getting his speed back and he eventually gave up to help firestorm. Now since technology is more advance in T.O.T.V. compare to the CWverse (this is true because people like Ironman and Batman are operating in the late 80s) Eboard is able to create the Tachyon prototype which he uses to "refuel" his speed but it's inefficient and can only allow him a small amount of speed which he can burn through in a week (Let's say that two weeks of charging gives him a week of speed) but it's enough for him to start doing good and helping people. Eventually he ends up helping Tony Stark's/Bruce Wayne's team in one of their fiercest battles and he ends up gaining their trust and joining their team and with the help of Tony, Bruce and Hank Pym they manage to make a Tachyon generator which is leaps and bounds ahead of the prototype allows him not to worry about his speed problem for years.
