I remember watching Beast Wars a few years back, well I supose it was more than a few at this point, but anyways; the bee chacter in it was posesed by the spirit of Starscream for a few episodes. Aww. . . good times. . .

Seems you've already got fantastic advise here (of which I agree with), so I won't repeat. But I'll say that the SS pic is showing fantastic progress, and you've got that SW angle -nailed-. Fantastic.

I know I've been terrible about commenting so far (bad mentor!), but I'm not so good at critiqueing the digitally colored stuff, mostly because coloring tends to cover up initial mistakes and bad habits. That's why I love sketches like this--it allosw me to see the meat and bones behind people's work.
You did an excellent job on Soundwave. It can be very difficult to get the perspective right on a from below drawing like that, especially if the effect is a slight one--most people either overdo it, or underdo it so you can't tell where the perspective is coming from.
Starscream does have a slight problem with the perspective of his wings vs. his shoulders. While the planes should diverge slightly, it should be close to imperceptible at this close a range. I can see you drew a small guiding line at the tip of the wing--perhaps drawing a light line all the way from wingtip to wingtip and through the shoulders can give you a better handle on judging the trickier angles.
