I love the design! Yet in all honesty, I don't believe the text is necessary. I would add more to the design behind him (drag it out more to fill in where the text is.Β
If you were to keep the text, than I would suggest detailing it a bit. The thing that bothers me the most about it is that it's just one colour....it sticks out Β like a sore thumb. Its isn't one with the design.
Or you could work the design into the word....in a nutshell I believe the compromises the designs awesomeness.

That is EXACTLY what I needed. I will probably drag the design out a little as I cannot think of words for other ponies other than Rarity having Fabulous and lets face it...what guy will wear a t-shirt that says fabulous.

Keep the text it fits him
This could also work for a t-shirt too, if you where so enclined
