Hummmm... I was thinking in something like what happens with scorpions. They are usually quite well camouflaged, usually being black (and hunting at night) or sand-yellow (and living in sandy environments). We humans and most animals have a difficult time trying to spot them... but in the UV wavelength the scorpions shine bright blue, destroying their disguise. Any spider or other animal that can see UV can see scorpions as shiny blue spotlights anywhere they try to hide
Also some snakes can "sense" infrared wavelength (not by their eyes, but with a special organ), so they can spot almost any animal in the grass, no matter his actual "color" in our RGB wavelength or any camouflage pattern they may have...
