Soooo I found out about Slender Man a week or so ago, and I just couldn't stop thinking about it!
So, inevitably, it eventually snuck into the HINABN-obsessed side of my brain, and THIS happened. Based off this picture: [link]
This is just the sketch, so I'll chuck it in scraps when I color it up. Hopefully I don't forget to color everyone-but-Lamont's hair. Silly me.

Haha I dunno, I think the Slenderman craze just sort of exploded the past few weeks. And I'm such a HINABN fan, I couldn't help but combine them.

Well, I can't say for sure that it's been in the last few weeks, since I'm relatively new to the 'fandom' myself, but everyone I talk to says they're surprised at how much it's grown in popularity lately. And I mostly hang around here on dA, so this is where I've noticed it.
I know what Marble Hornets is, but I haven't watched it yet!

Lol well this was based on the first Slenderman pic I saw, so I felt like I had to use that photo as a basis for my drawing.

Lol no, he's a fake monster, basically, who was created by some people on the Something Awful forums, for a scary-photoshopped-image contest. And then it sort of got out of hand to the point where a lot of people started to think he was 'real' (well, as real as ghosts or vampires or etc). There's also a Youtube video series that's sort of about him.
He usually looks like an absurdly tall and thin guy in a suit, standing in the background of pictures, with no face. But he (presumably) abducts children and makes people go insane by stalking them.
He should totally be a comic character!
