I knew I had some Congorilla lying around somewhere! All for those who comment!

I think this sketch dates back to 2009. Back when I read the ideas Alan Moore had for what was meant to be the mother of all crossovers on the DC Universe: "Twilight of the Superheroes". You can read it right here: [link]
I had this sketch of a poster based on those ideas... Might as well post it, or even finish it one of this days.

However, one of the concepts lying around was that Congorilla operated a mobster. Congo Bill's in the Gorilla's body, unwilling to change back. I recall he even had his old, dying human body lying around in a cage, with the Golden Gorilla's conscience mind trapped inside him, not letting go.
So that's where this sketch comes from! Originally planned to be part of a much larger ensemble featuring all the characters listed in the proposal, tough. But it is what it is now, I guess.
