Whether I described the man as sleeping or unconscious, it kept having his eyes open, looking at her.

I mean, I can't blame him I suppose.

The concept was that her friend (boyfriend?) was injured, and she is staying by his side at the hospital.

There was going to be a single tear running down her cheek (and in some there might still be), but the way Ideogram draws it, it looks like she cries mercury. Except the one where she was crying blood, which I chose not to include (it really just looked like she had a big gash in her face).
