I'm Back with a new skin!LlamaSutra
Based on the mac app coversutra.
Made entirely from scratch simple and functional.
5.5 cover support
ratings are purely cosmetic
playlist & media library are skinned
and with pure notification goodness with album art!
Oh and its transparent so remember enable alpha blending.

this is my fav winamp skin and i hav been using it for last 2 years!! but there is no equalizer??? i have to change the skin to modify the EQ.. or is there but i was unable to find it?? please help

It can also be nicely integrated in Windows 7. But I get an Error, when I try to open the media library or another component but the player window.

skins really looks great, but another question....how is it you use winamp on your mac? i randomly took a look on this skin but some weeks ago i was searchin like shit for a possibility to use winamp but i didnt find anything?!

uh from my understanding winamp doesnt work on mac, the skin mimics a mac app so that u can integrate it with your mac themed windows box.

winamp skins are completely coded by hand, my favourite tool is notepad++.
there is no app at the moment that will make it easier to make a skin from memory however i could be wrong.

since the last Winamp update (5.57) the little notofications window doesn't show the album art any more. Could you fix that, please? Thanks in advance!

Great work elralfaro! I have a couple of suggestions, but I'm not sure if they're even possible. I'd love to see a timer that counted up on the left side of the seek bar and one that counted down the track time to the right of the seek bar (there's room over there for it). And instead of seeing the stars you could have the bitrate showing instead. Those, for me, would be great additions. Anyway, I love this skin! I've been a deviantART lurker for many years... and just had to create an account to comment on this. It's wonderful man!

Thanks, i can add the time remaining ticker not yet though im working on something else at the moment, mmm maybe i can add the bitrate info but i like to keep my skins as close as possible to the real thing but ill keep that in mind.

No problem. I throughly enjoy it the way it is. I was unfamiliar with the CoverSutra so I didn't realize you were keeping with the look. The skin I had been using was "Ebonite for Winamp" and I really liked how I could see the bitrate as it helped me weed out my lower quality tracks. I went and looked up CoverSutra and noticed they have the track time counting up on one end and down on the other end of the seek bar. Anyway, great work. I figure it will have the honor of being my Winamp skin for quite awhile.

I changed the filenames to folder.jpg and cover.jpg, but no results!
The names are ok!

Yep sure ok this skin uses winamp 5.53 album art script so it can find your album art in the folder or download it, right click on the songticker text and select view file info then click artwork and click the button load artwork and select the album art that is for that song and your done

Oh yeah! I was using 5.3 version of winamp.
After update to 5.53 everything is fine.
