SO, Valentines is nearing and this is all I could come up with in my head? Especially since its been a while since I have uploaded a deviation .. I'm sorry guys.But meh, I'm one of many who does not get valentines, so I will go buy a box full off heart shaped chocolate, curl up in my blankets and eat them discreetly on my lonesome. But I hope the rest of you have a better time then me eheh.
A4 piece, water colours, Copic markers, Polychromos pencils and black ink pen.

this, related not to valentines, speaks to me.... i mean there's so much to be said... not to sound ...morbid or not loving i mean... love could be a wonderful thing and is not necessarily seen as im about to portray it.
like a grim reaper waits over death, The Grim waits over people waiting for them to fall hopelessly head over heals for one another. It is then that the lovers become so engrossed into each other they forget night from day, friends and foes, worries and fear. they become consumed by an overwhelming madness brought on by the stimulation of another. They no nothing of the world around them; The Grim that awaits for the perfect opportunity; No, they are so overwhelmed by endorphins, enjoyment of affection and companionship that they do not see the approaching Grim. As the love grows stronger he draws near, beginning to envelop the lovers in his wings, shutting out the rest of the world then waits for his opportunity to strike.
Depending on the Grim it may eat away at their ripened hearts and just leaving a cold husk to wonder the world. Or maybe the Grim keeps them trapped till love due them part. Perhaps he just awaits, slowly piercing his large claws into their flesh, slowly tarring them limb from limb. What would they notice? If their love was strong enough could they notice The Grim eating away at their bodies as they stare hopelessly into each others eyes content that their death will at least be together.

I couldn't of have made a better explanation/interpretation of the soul of
this piece myself. You've pretty much told a little story that fits
so well with 'The Grim'.

I hate Valentines'Day. Even if I have a boyfriend, we dream about summoning a dragon like this and conquer the world, squashing heads and hearts.

Sounds like a Valentines plan! I'll do much the same thing, only I don't much like Valentine's chocolates so I'll just buy some Cadbury instead.
