A portrait of myself, taken in my bathroom.Manipulations:
-Resized 50%
-Saturation set to -100%
-Took out my reflection with another photo
-Applied a blueish filter
-Applied a fake light, which acts an apartment light.
-Heavy noise
-Light gaussian blur
What isn't as apparent:
-I tried to make my head seem as small as possible, to show that I feel that I don't have a lot of self-esteem.
-I took out my reflection to show that even my reflections and shadows don't support me.
-I tried to make it simple, but chaotic at the same time. The simplicity comes from a small, simple bathroom (even including a hand towel). The medium chaos comes from the blurred noise.
-The title was thought up because you normally have a shadow or a reflection (known to myself as a duet), but in this one, I took out my reflection from the mirror.

This is a great capture and THEN a great manip.
I love the noise, maybe the gaussian blur wasn't so
important for the final effect..ehehe just 'cause who
loves the noise don't want blur on it...but the final
result is not bad at all...congrats...

Thank you very much for the fav and for browsing through my gallery. I actually live near Raleigh, but in a quiet, country part near Raleigh. Yet, I don't think my gallery could compare to yours. A very beautiful girl you are.
