Found this passage from ‘Didn’t You Kill My Mother-in-law?’ amusing:“…and in August they did four days in Ibiza. Ben Elton: ‘Bloody tough gig - on at two in the morning to Club 18 - 30 - Rik was doing Kevin Turvey in a rabbit costume; it was 100 degrees in that club, and he had his Rik suit, the Kevin Turvey suit on top - which was the furry bomber jacket - and on top of that his rabbit suit for the first half of the set. The man was mad.’ “
