i really like the flow and the gloss although i think that the one one the menu buttons looks a little strange.

it's cool and clean, don't get me wrong. it just seems very cliche to me -- very web 2.0 and very expected. quite like you'd see on a template service. that's not necessarily a bad thing.

You'll get there one day. I'm not that great. I've spent a lot more of my time learning Cisco networking stuff and other things not design related. Design just happened to be something I did a long time ago
