Natesis has been the empress of the Xyr'kran empire (in my pathfinder homebrew setting) for the past 75 years, and under her leadership it has grown powerful. On the surface, she looks like a Tiefling, but her eyes, mannerisms, and age suggest that she has the blood of some powerful being, making her technically a kind of Aasimar. She rose to power at an opportune time of fragmentation using her strange magical properties. Natesis is an enigma, she seems to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Yes, she regularly holds court in the capital of Seivaroka, but there have been reports of her showing up at opportune moments across the vast empire, sometimes thousands of miles apart.

She could be in a tavern, and nobody would notice, she might take dozens of different personalities, and none would notice.
