yes you got her arnold!
this was actually my first HA! digital drawing.. i used to draw them traditionally on my sketchbooks and notebooks when i was 9 ! i waited..13 years to actually draw them the way i want them to look like! XD
on tumblr, i stated this must've happened after the first movie, so i assume arnold knows about helga's feelings and..THIS IS WAT I WANT TO HAPPENDSFAABFF!

This is great and thanks for drawing it. You have really captured Arnold & Helga. I also love the one you drew with all of their classmates peering at them from behind the tree and realizing that Helga and Arnold each like, like each other.

I wonder if you know this, but the plan of the creator was to make a second movie (the jungle movie) where Arnold figures out his own feelings and accepts Helga.
So yeah, they are very cannon xD and this image is gold!
