I actually fused iridescent film to leather with heat and latex. So I guess it is mixed media?

Oh wow, never would have thought of doing something like that! Quite creative.

I was hoping it was some kind of metallic lame(pronounced: lam-ay) fabric. I've got an old Rainbow Bright doll who's smock looks similar to the effect you created with the film and leather. Haven't seen that fabric anywhere else before.
