Ok now im preety sure i can do this thing called a prediction here right soo i think this guy is an Evil Kaioshin like a few ppl said..he is most likely one of the first kaioshins that was taken over by greed said in the lil crystal clear dragon ball story but i dont think this guy is who i think he is and what makes me think hes a kaioshin is that clothing... im just throwing a wild theory here why not lol.

no just traditional art. I used Pigma Micron 01 for the lineart and added black and the space and the screentones using photoshop

This dude's body structure reminds me of something that I'd see on YuYu Hakusho. Which is also a kickass show.
That hair work is pretty astounding...and that side profile makes me so damned jealous lol.
