Apart from it could use a little more shading on the ear this looks brilliant. I cant say i like the character design as much as dontas or loki but still wonderful (yes i read the art trade bit on the comments) you did very well on the facial hair especially and the way the shadows swallow up the face is brilliant.
The quality is great and the technique is wonderful. standard pose makes it a little down on originality but who cares about that on a piece like this. the bold impace of the skin and the shadow is also wonderful and makes him stand out.
I would love this as a recieving picture from an art trade and i can imagine the reciever is amazed by this piece.
