Description And to finish off with the legendary trio from 4th gen we have Giratina, one of the most badass Pokemon of all times. This is also the first time I made 2nd EX card of the same Pokemon, since I did do Giratina EX as my first based-off new EXes BW card. Ofc I did it long ago and before EX blanks even existed, so it was way different and a bit... Unbalanced. You can just compare and see how I progressed with the card-making by your own

When you make a card that for 2 energy ohko's anything regardless of whatever it is to OP, It wouldn't matter if it was a 60 hp basic none EX it's still to OP.

The thing is a majority of decks run nothing but EX's, even if let's say you ran against a sigilyph deck with this card, all you would have to do is tech meloetta and boom beast of a deck, and giratina sweeps the EX's, way to OP.

Also, technically, palkia should manipulate black holes, since it's basically just a point is space where one part of space touches another.

From what I know black holes is where matter touches antimatter, so Giratina should be able to manipulate those.

False, when matter touches antimatter, a giant explosion of energy is formed (outputting 100% energy). If 100% energy is released, then nothing is formed.

A black hole is formed when gravity pulls a large dead star into itself, causing it to compact (and large amounts of gravity warp the fabric of space, which means it may touch another point)

While a fair bit off this is rather off, I'm giving this a fav for being badass.

I know you like the way it turns out, but in card faking, you try to make the cards look awesome but accurate at the same time
Now, as to what's off:
The correct font for the attack names and Pokemon name is "Gill Sans STD Bold Condensed" and (optionally) with A 90% width.
Attack text should not be bold, but I think it would look okay if you fixed that (otherwise, Gill Sans STD Regular)
HP is looking spot on, and so is weakness/resistance. The attack power also needs to be fixed (Futura STD Heavy Condensed(? -- not 100% sure. You might wanna experiment with it.))

What Font guide are you using? The names of attacks look off and need to be bolded, the 40 has the "4" dangling too low.
