That light blue is the most gorgeous colour I have seen in my life.
How do you get your colour to be that bold and thick?I've been trying forever, buying new make up, almost everything and it doesn't seem to work.

I made blue and purple bold by using a lipgloss. Basically, I put a lipgloss on my lower lid before putting the eyeshadow. It works wonders.
