Description Digital coloring takes soooo long. >_< Anyway, I designed this coat (I call it the "Dahlia Coat"), which can be adjusted to be different lengths by unzipping the tiers at the hem. I sketched the drawing on paper, inked it with some pens, and then scanned it in to color on Paint Tool SAI. I was inspired by the silhouette and color of a Guess coat that I own.

I finalized the design of the coat the girl in this deviation was wearing:



And I forgot to finish the lace on the bottom tier in the sketch view...

Not technically. They are hidden by the tiers, but they would be plastic separating zippers, not invisible ones. Thank you!

I don't know if you've noticed, but sometimes designers name their garments/shoes after names or words. I just remember "Dahlia" had a connotation to purple, so I named it that. xD
