Description
My third. Oil on canvas. 40 x 80 cm. Not exactly finished but I'm starting another one, so...this painting is based on one of ~-sylph- works. This is the beautiful photo that I used as reference: [link] (note that I asked permission to the artist to display this image in my dA gallery and she kindly gave it to me)

This is so fascinating to look at. It touches a part in me that just makes me wonder whats going to happen and how she is feeling.Β

Very well done. I love the gloomy type of background drop. It is almost like the planks of a dock going out into a muddled dream. I love how the horizon is blurred on the left side... like a dream maybe coming to an end, a dark nightmare approaching, or just a storm?

ouch, that's out of my reach. I have just started learning painting so making an exact protrait of someone is almost impossible for me, besides the fact that god knows how long it would take me (I'm slow and I only have a couple of hours per week for painting) and that I've got other projects ahead (my teacher wants me to start landscape now).
